Sharon's nightmare!

Ozzy Osbourne’s hard-partying past may have finally caught up with him, and friends fear the ailing 70-year-old rocker won’t live to see Christmas, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal!

“He’s had a whole host of health woes, and it looks like the ‘Crazy Train’ may have reached the end of the line,” said a pal of the former Black Sabbath frontman.

The ailing ex-reality star and husband of doting wife Sharon postponed his concert tour in April after a fall dislodged metal rods placed in his back in 2003 following a near-fatal accident.

Last year, he contracted a life-threatening staph infection in his right hand, and in February he suffered a severe upper respiratory infection.

Ozzy admitted that in his freewheeling heyday he took so many chemicals, “I’d nearly kill myself on a daily basis.”

Dr. Stuart Fischer, who hasn’t treated Ozzy, said the singer’s self-destructive past has put him at risk for “liver disease, liver cancer and cirrhosis.”

Added the source, “Ozzy’s living on borrowed time.”
