Amid the battle over her conservatorship, Britney Spears is making sure she stays physically fit!

This weekend, the pop star posted a selfie while at the gym in her workout clothes.

In the photo, Britney, 37, stood in front of a few workout machines and flaunted her toned tummy, which is just a few sit ups away from turning into a six pack.

While the star may have control over her workout regimen, many aspects of her life are still under conservatorship.

As RadarOnline.com reported, Jamie Spears and Lynne Spears faced off in a courtroom showdown on Wednesday, September 18, at a conservatorship hearing involving Britney.

At the hearing, the judge ruled in Jamie's favor and remains his daughter's conservator, but he has recruited some help for the remainder of the year.

As readers know, Britney's father had previously resigned after a decade of holding down that position, citing health concerns.

In the interim, Jodi Montgomery, an experienced fiduciary who has worked with Britney for more than a year, was appointed to the position of temporary conservator. Jamie will resume his duties in January.

Jamie's decision to step down came in the wake of Kevin Federline's abuse accusations against him. Britney's ex alleged he attacked their son Sean Preston, but no criminal charges were filed against him.

However, according to a temporary restraining order, Jamie is not allowed to see his grandsons Sean and Jayden for three years.

Britney is only allowed to see her children 30 percent of the time, a decision she blames on her father's abuse allegations.
