Todd and Julie Chrisley were indicted on bank fraud, wire fraud and other shocking charges on Tuesday, August 13. While the Chrisley family has had their share of run-ins with the law before the bombshell indictment, RadarOnline.com has exclusively uncovered a never-before-seen police report that accuses Todd’s troubled son Kyle of assault against his own sister!

In the incident report obtained from the Alpharetta Police Department in Georgia, Todd’s estranged daughter Lindsie Chrisley Campbell accused her brother Kyle of simple battery on November 1, 2012.

According to the report, an officer met Lindsie at a cafe. She explained that her and her brother Kyle were involved in a verbal dispute over his activities in their grandmother’s home, where they both resided at the time.

“Campbell said she told her grandmother that he was allowing girls to spend the night and they were drinking alcohol, which was against her grandmother’s wishes,” the report claimed.

When Kyle, 28, confronted Lindsie, 29, about what she told her grandmother, he allegedly “became angry” and “started threatening her and her husband by saying what he would do to them.”

“Campbell said he balled up his right fist and struck her on the left side of the face just above the eye with the back of his hand,” the report claimed.

When she dialed 911, Kyle left the residence despite being on an ankle monitor.

“Campbell’s makeup was smeared from where she had been crying and she did have minor swelling above her left eye,” the report claimed.

Alpharetta Police Department confirmed to RadarOnline.com that he was arrested on April 16, 2013.

Fulton County Court could not confirm the disposition of the case, but a source told RadarOnline.com the charge was lowered to a misdemeanor after he agreed to take a domestic violence class.

The never-before-seen police report comes after Todd and Julie were charged with conspiracy to commit bank fraud, wire fraud conspiracy, wire fraud, conspiracy to defraud the United States and tax evasion on Tuesday, August 13. They surrendered to authorities on Wednesday, August 14.

Trouble with the law runs in the family. Earlier this month, Kyle was arrested for possession of methamphetamine in Oklahoma after years of maintaining his sobriety.

There is also reportedly a warrant out for his arrest in Georgia for threats against his wife Alexus.

Todd and his wife Julie have full custody of his daughter Chloe, who he shares with ex Angela Johnson.

As for Lindsie, she has been estranged from her reality TV family since 2017.

Her lawyer released in a statement following the indictment, “It was reported that Lindsie was the source of information that led to her father’s arrest. This is untrue, Lindsie was not the source of this information. Lindsie has been the constant target of lies, harassment and threats from her family. As a result, she has distanced herself from the Chrisley family since 2017.”

The statement ended with, “She would like to thank all of her fans and supporters. The circumstances that Todd and Julie find themselves in, is quite unfortunate.”
