RFK Granddaughter's Funeral Details Exposed: Saoirse To Be Buried At Family Church
A funeral service will be held for Robert F. Kennedy's granddaughter at a church close to the family's Cape Cod compound on Monday, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Saoirse Kennedy Hill passed away on Thursday, Aug. 1 at 22 years old of an alleged overdose, RadarOnline.com reported. The young woman was found "unresponsive" at the family's Hyannis Port, Mass. compound.
Funeral arrangements have been scheduled for Monday, Aug. 5 at Our Lady of Victory Church in Centerville, Mass., family spokesman Brian Wright O'Connor told The Boston Globe. The church is reportedly a family staple and is less than five miles away from the compound where Saoirse died.
A funeral is scheduled for 11 a.m. followed by a private burial. As RadarOnline.com readers know, a toxicology report is underway to determine the 22-year-old's cause and manner of death after an autopsy completed on Friday revealed "no trauma inconsistent with lifesaving measures."
The Barnstable Police and State Police detectives are still investigating Saoirse's death. She was taken to Cape Cod Hospital on Aug. 1, where she was pronounced dead.

The Kennedys released a statement on Thursday following the tragic news.
“Our hearts are shattered by the loss of our beloved Saoirse,” the family stated. “Her life was filled with hope, promise and love.”
