Bethenny Frankel Blamed By Ex’s Lawyer For Stalling 6-Year Divorce From Hell

Though Bethenny Frankel and her ex-husband Jason Hoppy settled their divorce back in 2016, the split is still not officially over, RadarOnline.com can confirm — and his attorney blames the former Real Housewives of New York star for stalling the court proceedings.
“Yes, Jason and Bethenny are still technically married,” Hoppy’s lawyer, Robert Wallack, told RadarOnline.com in a statement. “They…settled their financial issues in 2016, but the divorce was never finalized.”
“And while Jason has been pushing for years to have the judge sign the divorce judgment, Bethenny’s lawyers have objected.”
Representatives for Frankel, 48, did not immediately respond to Wallack’s allegations.
The exes have been warring for years over financial and property issues, and, of course, their 9-year-old daughter, Bryn.
As RadarOnline.com extensively reported, Frankel and Hoppy, 48, hurled nasty accusations at each other in an explosive, emotional and tedious custody trial earlier this year.

But it all could soon be resolved.
Hoppy’s attorney told RadarOnline.com a judge would make a decision on the custody matter in “September or October.”
Early on August 23, Frankel shocked fans by claiming she’s the “only one that is actually married” of the cast of RHONY, which she quit earlier in the week.
Many followers assumed she'd secretly wed boyfriend Paul Bernon, 41 — but a source insisted to RadarOnline.com the pair did not wed, as she’s still technically married to Hoppy.
Frankel later clarified her confusing marital status herself.
'I'm not newly married,' she said on Instagram Stories. 'Believe me, when there is something to tell you, I will tell you.'
