‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ star Gina Kirschenheiter avoided possible jail time after pleading guilty in her DUI case, RadarOnline.com can confirm.

According to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Gina pled guilty to one misdemeanor count of driving under the influence of alcohol and one misdemeanor count of driving with a blood alcohol level of 0.08% or more on Tuesday, July 9.

Court records show Gina, 35, was sentenced to three years informal probation and must to submit to six months in an "offender alcohol program." The mom of three also has to complete 20 hours of community service.

Under the three-year informal probation, Gina does not have to be supervised by a probation officer. The RHOC star also has to pay various fines.

The Orange County Sheriff's arrested Gina on Jan. 31. The Bravolebrity quickly apologized for her behavior and told RadarOnline.com exclusively that she made a "very bad choice" after "a mom's night out."

The Blast was the first to report on her guilty plea.

The court hearing comes after Gina was granted a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband Matt following his June 22 arrest for suspicion of felony domestic violence. He has not been formally charged with a crime.

On June 24, an Orange County judge granted Gina a temporary restraining order. Matt is not permitted to come within 100 yards of her or their kids.

In addition, Gina was granted “legal and physical custody” of their kids until a July 17 hearing.

In the restraining order, Gina claimed she feared for her life during a violent brawl after a friend’s birthday party.

Gina claimed Matt became “irate” in an Uber ride home and exited the vehicle. Several hours later, Matt allegedly broke into her home after “ringing the doorbell” and “pounding on the door repeatedly.”

“Respondent had somehow gotten into my house and was furious,” she claimed in documents. “I told Respondent I did not hear him at the door. He immediately became enraged. He threw me on the couch and threw some of the furniture around. I was scared and tried to get up, but he threw me down on the couch again. He was so angry; he was profusely sweating from head to toe. I was terrified.”

She then claimed Matt told her he was “going to f**king kill” her while screaming in her face.

“He ripped my bra strap off, then took a pillow and hit me on the side of the head with it hard,” she said. “My ears rang. I begged him to stop to calm down… but he kept hitting me.”

She alleged that he began choking her and hitting her “all over” her body, causing, “marks, bruises, scratches and bleeding throughout her entire body.”

“There are other incidents that have scared me in the past. Too many to remember. At this point, I have to protect me and our children,” Gina wrote.

Matt’s lawyer responded and explained that because of the potential criminal investigation and charges against him, he is “asserting his 5th amendment rights and is unable to substantively respond to the Petitioner’s factual assertions at this time.”

The lawyer requested the judge to allow Matt to see their three kids, Nicholas, 7, Sienna, 5, and Luca, 4, even offering to have monitored visitation with the children.

Gina filed for divorce in 2018. The two attempted to reconcile months before the arrest.
