The Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter has resurfaced in New York with her three kids just days after her husband Matt's alleged attack, and RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned she isn't planning on returning to southern California for several weeks!

As RadarOnline.com first reported, the 35-year-old mom needed to visit her family at home in the aftermath of the horrific assault allegations.

On Saturday, June 29, Gina shared a set of photos with a group of girlfriends on the beach in Montauk.

In the caption, she wrote, "Home is a shelter from storms — all sorts of storms.”

Gina has the the support of all of her RHOC costars, including Vicki Gunvalson, who simply said, "The perfect place for you to be!"

And according to a source close to Gina, who filed a restraining order against Matt, 35, on June 24 after the alleged assault, "Gina is just glad that she as as far away from Matt as possible right now."

"Gina is staying in New York with the kids until the hearing, and her parents are flying back with her," the source continued. "She has gotten so much support."

Though she's "staying strong for her children," the insider explained she's still "hurting."

Gina is doing everything she can to keep her kids from getting sucked into her drama with Matt, the source insisted. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, she now plans to file for full custody of all three children.

According to a source close to production, the season 14 trailer for RHOC is dropping soon. However, as RadarOnline.com reported, they are doing reshoots to include all of Gina's troubles at home in the upcoming season.
