Upstate New York neighbors who live in proximity to the NXIVM properties previously owned by Keith Raniere and Allison Mack are convinced the sex cult is still operating, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.

An eyewitness in Halfmoon and Clifton Park, New York revealed "strange" activity has been taking place since Raniere was found guilty of seven felonies on June 19. The concerned neighbor said residents in the neighborhood are more suspicious than ever before.

"NXIVM is not dead," a neighbor told RadarOnline.com. "There is a lot of activity still going on."

The activity includes vehicles neighbors have never seen before driven by males coming to pick up "young female residents."

Additionally, a neighbor allegedly learned on Tuesday, July 2 that there is still a "townhouse filled with young women" in a community known as Knox Woods, where Raniere had a property he called "The Library" before it was seized by the feds.

The terrified resident added that well-known NXIVM members have been spotted around the neighborhood. One female known as Monica "had a moving truck outside her door."

Meanwhile, residents continue to spot abandoned vehicles believed to be owned by former NXIVM members including Mack, 36.

"There was a mini cooper that was driven away this week that had flat tires," the resident explained. "It hadn't been driven but it was here the entire time Allison was."

As RadarOnline.com reported, neighbors were still up in arms about the sex cult ruining their neighborhood's reputation. A neighbor exclusively told RadarOnline.com that despite Mack and Raniere's upcoming sentencing, residents are still shocked the sex cult operated "under our noses."

Mack is scheduled to be sentenced on September 11 after she pleaded guilty to two counts of racketeering. Meanwhile, the judge presiding over the case has postponed the sentencing hearings for Nancy Salzman, Kathy Russell and Clare Bronfman until further notice.
