Miley Cyrus Files Papers To Rebuild Burnt-Down Malibu Home After Woolsey Fire

Eight months after her Malibu mansion was destroyed in the Woolsey fire, Miley Cyrus has filed paperwork to begin building a new home, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
RadarOnline.com obtained the permit Cyrus, 26, filed in the city of Malibu on July 2, requesting permission to begin excavating a plot of land where her $2.5 million mansion once stood.
According to the paperwork, Cyrus dished out $412.33 for the permit for the excavation and drilling to take place at her former home.
On November 13, 2018, Liam Hemsworth revealed the wreckage on Instagram, which showed four letters that once adorned their walls that spelled out “LOVE”.
“It’s been a heartbreaking few days. This is what’s left of my house. Love. Many people in Malibu and surrounding areas in California have lost their homes also and my heart goes out to everyone who was affected by these fires,” Hemsworth wrote.
The Hunger Games actor added: “I spent the day in Malibu yesterday and It was amazing to see the community pulling together to help each other out in any way we can. Malibu is a strong community and this event is only going to make it stronger.”
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, the “Malibu” singer and Hemsworth threw a surprise wedding just one month following the devastating fires at their ranch property in Franklin, Tennessee.
Only the couple’s close family members and friends attended the December 2018 nuptials, which featured guests chowing down on crispy fried chicken and throwing back shots in shocking photos.
Other celebs whose homes were engulfed by the Woolsey fire included Camille Grammer and Robin Thicke.
