Fighting For His Life! Joe Giudice Granted 3-Day Extension In Deportation Appeal

Joe Giudice requested a three-day extension to submit his opening brief to the Third Circuit Court as he faces deportation, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 49, was initially expected to submit his brief in the appeal by July 15, but requested an extension to July 18.
Fortunately for the father of four, the motion was granted by the court.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, the felon has been fighting to remain in the United States with his family, despite a judge's October 2018 decision to send him back to his native Italy after a three-year sentence on fraud charges.
Just weeks ago, Joe finally received a sliver of hope in his most recent appeal.
As RadarOnline.com reported, the fraudster, alongside his attorney, James J. Leonard Jr., recently caught the attention of 27 former immigration judges who are involved in the advocacy group The Immigrant Rights Clinic of Washington Square Legal Services (IRC).
Per the IRC, the "amici curiae are demanding that they appear before the Third Circuit Court judge" to argue why the reality star should remain in the U.S.
After the judge's deportation order, Joe immediately filed an appeal with the Executive Office of Immigration, but it was denied on April 11.
Joe's final chance remains with the Third Circuit Court, but it's not looking promising, as the Attorney General filed a petition to deport the fraudster immediately.
He now remains in ICE custody at Clinton Hill Correctional in Pennsylvania.
Despite her husband's serious legal troubles, Teresa Giudice, 47, was recently spotted with her 26-year-old boy toy, Blake Schreck, in New York City.
