After claiming her deep-pocketed fans pay Jason Hoppy’s rent each month, Bethenny Frankel continued to slam her ex-husband in court on Tuesday.

On the stand for cross-examination the second day in a row in the former couple’s New York-based custody trial on May 14, the Real Housewives of New York star, 48, said she refuses to attend their 9-year-old daughter Bryn’s doctor appointments together with Hoppy due to his “abusive” behavior.

She claimed not only does Jason yell at doctors during appointments, but he uses the opportunity to attack her.

“An appointment with Jason is abusing me, making fun of me,” she told Hoppy’s lawyer Robert Wallack. “An appointment with Jason is a torture chamber...It is a vacuum of abuse. Going to an appointment with Jason is not a good idea, because he uses every way to abuse me when no one is looking.”

“No, I will not be in a room with Jason Hoppy.”

She said she has never once attended one of Bryn’s events with her ex, but has occasionally seen him at the same place.

“He may have been in the same room, but we did not interact together,” she explained. “I did not hear Jason or see Jason."

The conversation began when Hoppy’s team claimed Frankel took her sick daughter to the Hamptons last year.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, the reality star mogul is fighting for full custody of her daughter in court.  After years of battling her ex over financial matters and their daughter.

This morning, she claimed she hopes gaining custody would put a stop to Hoppy’s allegedly threatening behavior.

“My greatest hope is that the abuse would stop,” she said. “That we can achieve some level of normalcy, and that I wouldn’t live in fear and that I wouldn't just feel uncomfortable. That Bryn would be in a happier environment and that she would be able to thrive.”

Hoppy was arrested for stalking and harassing Frankel in 2017, though the charges were eventually dismissed.
