Bethenny Frankel's 'Heartbroken' Ex Jason Hoppy Sobs In Court Over Custody Battle

After his Real Housewives of New York star ex-wife Bethenny Frankel took the stand for two days in their bitter custody war, Jason Hoppy fielded questions in New York court this morning — and completely broke down, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
Testifying with his lawyer Robert Wallack, the doting dad, 47, raved about his "confident" and "very happy" daughter Bryn, 9, with whom he says he shares a very close relationship.
Hoppy claimed his daughter loves to eat Oreo cookies, create science projects, read chapter books and ride bikes around their native New York City.
"She's just amazing," he gushed.
Hoppy's demeanor changed when his lawyer brought up Frankel's efforts to take custody of the little girl.
"I'd be heartbroken," the sales rep said while sobbing uncontrollably and wiping his glasses in front of a packed court room.
He said Bryn's world would suffer a "complete change" if Frankel's new co-parenting plan were to be enforced.
After gaining his composure in court, Hoppy broke down again just minutes later.
"What does Bryn mean to you?" his lawyer asked.
"Everything. Everything. I can't believe that we are here," he said before crying again.
Right now, Frankel, 48, and Hoppy currently share Bryn, but the reality star is fighting for full custody, claiming she wants to "protect" her daughter.
Frankel has repeatedly accused her ex-husband of "abuse" and "torture"in the years since their 2012 split. Hoppy was arrested for stalking and harassing Frankel in 2017, though the charges were eventually dropped.
