Blac Chyna has been hit with a $48,000 lawsuit after allegedly failing to pay her rent!

According to documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, her landlord, Michael Kremerman, is suing the model for not handing over the money as well as for breaching her lease and reportedly damaging the property!

The Blast was the first to report the news, citing that Chyna, 30, signed a one-year lease for a 6-bedroom, 5-bathroom, $4.5 million Studio City home and extended it until March 31, 2019.

By signing the lease, the star — who’s also wrapped up in a nasty legal war with the Kardashians — agreed to pay Kremerman $16,000 a month for the apartment.

“During the period of Nov 1, 2018-Mar 5 2019, the Defendant (Blac Chyna) failed to make any rent payments,” read the documents.

Though she vacated the property in November 2018, her lease lasted until March 5, and her last payment was made on October 1, 2018.

According to the landlord, Rob Kardashian’s baby mama — who recently stopped receiving child support from him — didn’t pay rent for five months while still living in the property!

Now, she allegedly owes $55,546.00, plus a security deposit of $25,000 and a damages fee of $18,000.06.

The documents alleged she removed “fixtures and equipment from the premises which caused extensive damage. The removal was without consent and/or Knowledge to the Plaintiff (Kremerman).”
