The book will center on Cynthia's husband, the late Lumis "Skip" Beyonce, who was also the brother of Beyonce's mother, Tina Lawson.
"It's a memoir about his life and how he was an intricate part of everyone's life, including Beyonce's," explained Cynthia.
The singer's aunt describes Lumis as one of her 37-year-old niece's "favorite uncles."
In fact, they were so close that Beyonce was photographed with her cousin at his funeral in 2016.
"There would be a little bit about everyone," said Cynthia about her book. "It would be hard to leave anyone out."
As for the "Formation" singer's involvement in the tell-all, Cynthia says she's "sure she would" help, adding, "She is an awesome person. If I ever needed her, she'd be there."
Cynthia plans to dish about a healthy lifestyle, an inspiration she credits to her famous relative.

No stranger to having her biggest secrets spilled, the "Drunk In Love" singer's first boyfriend, Lyndall Locke, once shockingly confessed to cheating on the stunning songstress which ended their relationship.
In 2015, journalist J. Randy Taraborrelli wrote the explosive unauthorized bio, Becoming Beyonce, which dished on her long-reported marriage troubles and Jay's alleged love child.
David Lee Brewer, Jr., who claimed to be Beyonce's childhood vocal coach, also wrote a book last year, Beyoncé: Raising Genius, in which he reportedly made claims about her father Mathew Knowles' alleged drug use.
