Adele gave a Los Angeles home to her husband Simon Konecki just two months before announcing their split, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
The superstar singer, 30, shocked fans when her reps announced on Friday, April 19, 2019, that her marriage was over. Adele and Konecki, a charity entrepreneur, raise a son, Angelo, together. “Adele and her partner have separated,” her representatives told RadarOnline.com.
A deed obtained by RadarOnline.com from January 24, 2019 states, "Adele Laurie Blue Adkins, spouse of Simon Konecki, hereby grands to Simon Konecki, a married man as his sole and separate property" the home.
“They are committed to raising their son together lovingly. As always they ask for privacy. There will be no further comment.” It now appears that Adele took care of Konecki with a piece of property before the stunning breakup announcement. RadarOnline.com has discovered that according to property records, Adele did an intrafamily transfer of a home to Konecki and it was recorded in February 2019.
The "Rolling in the Deep" singer's relationship with Konecki has long been shrouded in mystery. Adele implied that she'd secretly married Konecki around the holidays in 2016. After winning Album of the Year for 25 at the 2017 Grammys, Adele told the crowd, "Grammys, I appreciate it, the Academy, I love you, my manager, my husband and my son--you’re the only reason I do it."
The star and her man had spent more than seven years together and she gave birth to Angelo in 2012.
Perhaps Adele gave a signal that she was estranged from Konecki when she and pal Jennifer Lawrence recently shared a wild night out in New York City, hitting up the popular gay bar Pieces in March.
At the time, Adele got up onstage and when she was asked if she was ready to have a good time she replied, "F**king obviously."
