Cynthia Bailey's ex-husband Peter Thomas was reportedly arrested on Friday evening in Miami on a warrant from Louisiana for allegedly writing fraudulent checks. The ex-The Real Housewives of Atlanta star was busted at Miami International Airport on March 1, 2019. Peter had recently traveled to Jamaica and talked about doing business in the country on his social media.

He's reportedly being held without bond pending his extradition to Louisiana--and hasn't spoken out about his arrest. As RadarOnline.com readers know, model Cynthia split from Peter a few years ago amid rumors the restaurant owner had cheated on her.

Fans saw Peter get married to Cynthia in 2010 on the Bravo reality show's third season. But their marriage collapsed on camera. The two separated in 2016 and their divorce was finalized in 2017.

Peter has a volatile side He pulled a knife on Kenya Moore's ex, Matt Jordan, during a radio interview spat. Cynthia's husband claimed it was self-defense. Cynthia has moved on romantically, recently saying that she and her new boyfriend Mike Hill "will be getting married." But it's a desperate attempt to save her RHOA job, sources told RadarOnline.com.
