He was charged with a DUI three months after his original arrest.
The L.A. County D.A.'s Office charged Jesse with 1 misdemeanor count of DUI and 1 misdemeanor count of driving with a .08 blood alcohol content.
His arraignment's been set for next month in Glendale.

However, it could have been much worse for the 35-year-old who played Bobby "Boom Boom" Surette on Glee.
Last December his Toyota car was found crashed-up on a curb with the airbag deployed.
His right front tire was totally destroyed, but fortunately, no other cars were involved.
Police attending found him in the driver's seat and he subsequently failed a field sobriety test before being charged.
Former male cast members of Glee have suffered worse fates.
