It’s been a tough few weeks for Demi Lovato. As RadarOnline.com has learned, the pop singer recently reentered rehab and called it quits with her man.
After her near-fatal July overdose, Lovato, 26, was hospitalized and later checked into a treatment facility. On November 2018, she left rehab but continued working with a sober coach.
A source close to the star told PEOPLE that “She has not relapsed since she overdosed. She did recently go to a facility, but it was her own decision.”
“It was one trip to a treatment facility for a few weeks outside of Los Angeles,” continued the insider, adding that she is now back in her L.A. home, “taking care of herself and is in a positive place.”
The “Tell Me You Love Me” singer has recently been spotted working out around her neighborhood and is now even “getting back in the studio to make music.”
In terms of health, Lovato seems to be doing great following her scary drug crisis, but in terms of her love life, the star is back on the market.
Shortly after she left rehab in November, Lovato was seen at dinner with designer Henri Levy. Then in December, the two were caught showing off some PDA at Nobu in Malibu before driving off in the same car! Sources close to the star told RadarOnline.com that her family and friends feared he was a bad influence, especially as she was still recovering from her relapse.
Regardless, the love birds spent New Year’s Eve on a romantic Aspen vacation and two weeks later were spotted canoodling in France. Levy’s last Instagram photo of them together was from January 14, during their European getaway. Around the same time, Lovato celebrated six months of sobriety, fueling rumors that Levy, 27, was her sober companion. According to a PEOPLE source, however, that was never case.
