Demi Lovato has gone off the RadarOnline.com, and her family fears that she may be at risk for a relapse, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

As fans know, Lovato, 26, recently completed a three-month stint at rehab following a drug overdose at her Hollywood Hills, Calif., home on July 24, 2018.

Shortly after being released from treatment, Lovato started dating fashion designer Henri Levy, whom she allegedly met while in rehab. The two have been inseparable ever since.

According to the source, “She’s shut everyone else out of her life!”

“Demi has cut off contact with all of the people that love her and care about her and she is spending every single second with Henri.”

“She has pretty much moved in with him,” the insider told RadarOnline.com exclusively, noting Lovato was last photographed leaving the gym alone on January 26.

“Demi and Henri are so secretive and she says that they keep each other clean, but no one is buying it right now.”

To make matters worse, Lovato has gone black on social media!

During the Super Bowl, on Sunday, February 3, Lovato was blasted by fans on Twitter over an insensitive comment that poked fun at rapper 21 Savage, who was arrested that same day by Immigration and Customs Enforcement after reportedly overstaying his visa.

“So far 21 savage memes have been my favorite part of the Super Bowl,” Lovato tweeted.

After being called out for her harsh words, the “Sober” singer deactivated her Twitter account  — and she hasn’t posted anything on Instagram in weeks!

“Demi is not the same person she was before her relapse and she does not seem to have learned anything from her experience, which is sad,” the source added.
