R. Kelly was charged with 10 counts of aggravated criminal sex abuse on Friday, RadarOnline.com can report.
The "Ignition" singer, 52, was charged in Cook County, Illinois on Feb. 22. Kelly's charges come on the heels of Lifetime's explosive special Surviving R. Kelly, which exposed him as a sex cult leader.
In January, Sony and RCA Records dropped him as an artist as a result of the horrific accusations.
The controversial artist is accused of sexually assaulting and abusing young women in addition to holding them hostage in his music studio.
The R&B singer has continuously denied any wrongdoing despite the fact that multiple victims and their parents have come forward.
Kelly is reportedly expected to appear in court on March 8.
