Michael Jackson's dazzling life will soon come to life on Broadway, but as RadarOnline.com has learned, his decades of underage sex controversy will be kept totally out of it!

On his podcast "Straight Shuter: Naughty But Nice," Rob Shuter revealed the "King of Pop" will be honored for his music and legacy, but his scathing documentary Leaving Neverland will not be acknowledged.

"The Michael Jackson estate is behind the show and although they insist that there have been no restrictions placed on the creative team, they have decided that no ugly details from his life will be in the show," an insider told Straight Shuter.

RadarOnline.com readers know the Jackson family has made headlines as of late. Following the release of director Dan Reed's documentary, Michael's brother, Jermaine Jackson, spoke to Good Morning America in his defense. At the same time, the late icon's daughter, Paris Jackson, ended her stint in rehab.

"The sexual abuse allegations, the plastic surgery story and even Michael's addiction to drugs have all been cut out of the stage show," the source told Straight Shuter.

Though the Jackson family has long denied the "Thriller" singer's child sex claims, alleged victims have not stopped telling their stories. Now, relatives fear the scandalous case could push fragile Paris, 20, over the edge.

"The estate is currently fighting with HBO over a documentary about Jackson and his alleged child abuse. There is no way they are going to allow a musical about his life that isn't flattering. And without the estate's approval, you cannot use the songs. They are saying the musical is about the artistic journey of Jackson and not about his private life," the insider continued.
