Jennifer Lawrence Engaged To Boyfriend Cooke Maroney After 'Trial Marriage'

Well that was fast.

Just a few months after RadarOnline.com reported exclusively Jennifer Lawrence and boyfriend Cooke Maroney were moving in together — comes news the two are now engaged!

Rumors spread fast after Lawrence was seen rocking a “massive ring” on her finger while at dinner with Maroney. And while her rep has yet to confirm it, Page Six revealed exclusively Lawrence has already been “sharing the news with those closest to her.”

“Jen swears this isn’t an impulsive decision,” a friend told RadarOnline.com when the couple moved in together. “To her, this feels right. She talked it through with her closest friends before making the leap.”

The 28-year-old Oscar winner and Cooke, an art director at New York’s trendy Gladstone 64 gallery, went public in June. Since then, sources said, their romance is moving at lightning speed.

Friends say Lawrence loves the fact that Cooke, 33, is “laid-back” and, more importantly, not in showbiz!

“Jen is a traditional girl at heart and she’s longing to tie the knot,” said the friend. “She hasn’t had the best luck in love, but she’s crazy about Cooke.

“She wants to do whatever she can to make this work.”

Lawrence’s rep confirmed that she was engaged.
