A source exclusively told RadarOnline.com, "Something bad happened over Valentine's Day" between the tumultuous two.
Jenelle quit Teen Mom 2 after accusing her husband of domestic assault, which she later denied, in a chilling 911 call.
As readers know, Eason was fired from the series last year for making homophobic comments.
During Jenelle's TV meltdown, she brought her husband and yelled, "David is not allowed on anymore. I finally have someone who supports me and I can't bring them."
That was her reason for quitting the MTV series.
"Stay the f**k away from me because I'm done," she yelled at the crew.
Jenelle's mother has explained, "“She doesn't want to film anymore because every time she makes a commitment to film all of a sudden David starts a fight with her. She can't film because if she films she gets in trouble when she gets home. I told her, 'This is your job. You've been doing this for 10 years. It's not his show it's your show. He's not working. What're you going to do if you lose the show?' She's going to be homeless."
Jenelle has often sparked divorce rumors.
The Teen Mom 2 star previously posted shocking breakup messages after accusing David of domestic assault.
Jenelle posted a meme on social media that read, “Women, you are not rehabilitation centers for badly raised men. It's not your job to fix him, change him, parent or raise him. You want a partner, not a project."
She also posted, "If you love her, don't destroy her. Love her for her complete self. And let her be herself – beautiful, wild, complete. And remember that how you treat her affects how she sees herself."

Jenelle also posted a crying emoji to her Instagram story at the time.
In October 2018, RadarOnline.com released a 911 call of Jenelle accusing David of assaulting her.
"He pinned me down on the ground in the yard. I think I heard my collarbone crack. I can't move my arm," Jenelle said in the explosive call.
But she later denied abuse, claiming the 911 call was a drunken misunderstanding. Is the marriage now finally over?
