Heather Locklear and her on-again fiancé Chris Heisser aren't wasting any time trying to put the romance back into their relationship.
RadarOnline.com can exclusively report the pair spent Valentine's Day as a reunited couple — and used the holiday as the perfect excuse for a vacation.
"They went away for a quick weekend getaway," a source revealed. "It was just the two of them."
After numerous fights at her home in Westlake Village, Calif., that led to multiple 911 calls and arrests since the former high school sweethearts started dating, Locklear and Heisser wanted a change of scenery for their first romantic rendezvous.
"They went to a hotel in Marina del Rey near the beach," said the source, explaining, "It was more like a staycation. They are 100 percent together."
Although the actress's family disapproves of their union, the troubled lovebirds also spent quality time with the blonde beauty's look-alike daughter — 21-year-old Ava Sambora.
"Ava goes to school in the area so they took some time to visit with her," said the source.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Locklear, 57, and Heisser's explosive history as a couple even involved Sambora witnessing a violent fight that led to her mother's domestic violence arrest last February, leaving the Loyola Marymount University student "traumatized."
And last June, Locklear was taken to the hospital after threatening to commit suicide after another fight with the 57-year-old ex-motocross athlete.
Most recently, cops went to Locklear's L.A. area home on November 18 following what sources called another argument with her beau that led to more bizarre behavior, including downing tequila straight from the bottle and speaking in "evil" voices.
The former Melrose Place actress was eventually placed on a 5250 hold and went to a rehab facility — only to get out within weeks for Christmas and the New Year. She hasn't returned to treatment since.
Meanwhile, Locklear is still facing eight misdemeanor charges for allegedly assaulting a police officer and a paramedic when they responded to a disturbance at her home. She has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
