Thanks to unauthorized interviews and cringeworthy photo ops, Duchess Meghan Markle’s father, Thomas, has put a massive rift firmly between him and his pregnant daughter. But RadarOnline.com has learned the disgraced dad isn’t giving up and has declared that he’s going to crash the palace in order to meet his grandchild!

“Thomas is prepared to recruit a lawyer to get access to Meghan’s child because he knows she’ll continue to freeze him out of her life,” a source close to the 74-year-old told RadarOnline.com. “He’s also prepared to fly to London and stand outside the palace. Thomas doesn’t want to die without meeting this baby.”

Thomas currently lives in a sleepy Mexican village and has had very little contact with Meghan over the years. But the new royal doesn’t want any more stress in her life. In fact, Prince Harry’s pregnant bride, 37, collapsed after a recent tension-filled family get-together.

“Meghan was inconsolable,” a high-level palace source told RadarOnline.com, detailing that the mom-to-be slumped on a sofa, clutched at Harry, 34, and moaned, “Why does everyone hate me?”

Yet the American duchess has done everything she can to alienate the royal family, said the source: “She’s thumbed her nose at royal protocols and traditions, made outrageous demands on staffers — two have already quit — and clashed with Duchess Kate and Queen Elizabeth herself!”

And, of course, the drama with her dad didn’t exactly endear Meghan to her in-laws.

“The royals gave her a chance for Harry’s sake, but Meghan blew it,” said the insider. “With her brash Hollywood ways, Meghan has torn up the royal rule book and ripped Harry’s family apart!”
