Marriage misery.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Danielle Staub won a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband and RadarOnline.com has exclusive shocking details about their tumultuous relationship.

Staub obtained the TRO in Englewood, New Jersey on Thursday, January 3, 2019, her rep confirmed to RadarOnline.com.

Caffrey told RadarOnline.com exclusively in July 2018 that he was filing for divorce from his reality show wife just weeks after they got married and their relationship has been fraught with abuse accusations on both sides ever since.

Their wedding episode aired on RHONJ and their relationship hit rock bottom recently.

“He is doing horrible things to her like turning off the hot water heater and unscrewing the light bulbs,” a source with knowledge of the current situation told RadarOnline.com about Caffrey’s alleged treatment of Staub.

Caffrey addressed the RHONJ star’s accusation with RadarOnline.com, saying: “I’m not trying to mess with her mind. If a lightbulb is out I change it.”

He told RadarOnline.com that he did not turn off the hot water heater and gave his side of the story.

“What happens is, this is the most unbelievable thing. Danielle thinks I was f**king with the thermostat at night. Why would I even mess with it? She will put it up to 80 degrees, the house will never get up to 80, you can’t heat it that much. So, turn it down. You’re not paying for it, turn it down, it is like a sauna in here. She’s oblivious. She doesn’t understand a thermostat.”

The insider also told RadarOnline.com that Caffrey “locked her out of house and disabled the garage door and she couldn’t get in.”

Caffrey told RadarOnline.com: “Oh give me a break, there are three garage doors. On one of them the latch separated from gear box, but there are three doors. She has the button in the car for all three doors so she could just hit another button if one is broken.”

The Staub insider told RadarOnline.com that she believed he was “taking food out of the fridge and taking it to his other home. And when Danielle goes to look for food after she’s been grocery shopping she sees it is all gone.”

Caffrey responded, telling RadarOnline.com: “Are you kidding me? First of all, I pay for every single stitch of food in that house. She hasn’t even contributed a single penny to milk. I don’t bring any food to my shore house. I’ve got all kinds of food there. I don’t know how to answer that.”

Staub was blindsided when Caffrey put their home on the market and the source said his divorce exploits were perplexing.

“He has a second home so close to where they live. Any normal person would just live there and end the marriage.”

The insider pointed out that Caffrey and Staub’s marriage was “shorter than the number of days of litigation.”
