Danielle Staub Claims Marty Caffrey Abused Her & Kids In Shocking Court Documents

Danielle Staub alleges estranged husband Marty Caffrey abused her and their daughters, in new shocking court documents viewed by RadarOnline.com!
Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 56, claims her estranged husband verbally and physically abused her and treated her with "extreme cruelty" including “repeatedly video and audio recording her without her knowledge during sex.”
The court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com state: “Plaintiff exercised control by threatening to expose it to the public unless the defendant did exactly what the plaintiff asked.”and verbally attacked her daughters. Page Six was the first to break the news.
She also claimed that he verbally attacked her daughters as well and alleged Caffrey, 66, “repeatedly mocked and harassed her for being sexually abused by her father as a child.”
“Caffrey exercised physical control and intimidation by holding Staub down and violently screaming derogatory comments in her face,” she claimed in the shock docs.
Staub claimed that he would leave her at places without money or a way to get home, a claim she previously made to Page Six.
The reality star alleges Caffrey would abandon her without any money. “Plaintiff referred to Defendant’s relationship with her daughters as ‘a lesbian affair,’ purposefully to hurt Defendant by referencing incest and embarrass her about her childhood abuse."
“Plaintiff utilized disparaging, offensive, and threatening language toward Defendant’s children, specifically telling them to ‘leave his house’ and ‘get the f–k out and don’t come back.’”
She says Caffrey verbally assaulted their daughter on the drive home from one of their birthday parties. “Caffrey spent the entire drive home terrorizing her daughter, yelling and calling her horrific names.”
Staub revealed a horrific vacation in which the whole family endured alleged abuse. “During a vacation to Anguilla, which was gifted to Defendant, Plaintiff repeatedly disparaged and harassed Defendant and her children. Plaintiff referred to Defendant and her children as ‘entitled c***s.’ Plaintiff purposefully embarrassed Defendant every day during the 10-day vacation. He would become incredibly intoxicated on a daily basis. On one occasion in Anguilla, Plaintiff became physically violent, pushing Defendant down, holding her arms down, purposefully physically restraining Defendant to the point where she became bruised.”
Caffrey also allegedly threatened to cancel her health insurance because he didn't believe she had rheumatoid arthritis.

“He refused to assist her with her medical treatment, causing her to attend doctors’ appointments and obtain painful injections without any support. Upon Defendant arriving home after the appointments, Plaintiff often demanded that Defendant engage in sexual intercourse.”
Caffrey's alleged abuse got so nasty, he even ridiculed Staub in bed. “Caffrey disparaged and humiliated” her “by telling her that if she was unable to perform oral sex, she was ‘worthless'” and he “repeatedly exercised control over her by making her cook, clean, and care for the home while simultaneously berating her for not earning enough money.”
Staub is seeking spousal support.
The couple tied the knot in May but split after just two month of marriage. She was served divorce papers in September.
