Scene Of The Crime: See Kevin Spacey's $7M Lair Where He Lured Alleged Sex Assault Victim

Kevin Spacey's luxury Nantucket crash pad — where he repeatedly asked the 18-year-old man he is accused of assaulting to join him — can exclusively be revealed by RadarOnline.com.
The home belongs to one of the disgraced House of Cards actor’s rich and powerful friends, and multiple sources confirmed to RadarOnline.com it is where he always stayed when on the island.
The three-bedroom house is worth $7 million and is over 5,000 square feet. It is used as a summer house by the owner and her guests, and has a stunning view of the Nantucket Bay.
Locals claimed Spacey had been a regular on the island for at least the last five years, and he was spotted at a number of events on the island in 2016.
On Monday, January 7, Spacey was arraigned in Nantucket on felony charges of sexual assault.
Spacey, 59, was charged with indecent assault and battery after he allegedly groped an 18-year-old busboy — who is the son of Boston’s former WCVB-TV anchor Heather Unruh — while at the Club Car lounge two summers ago.
Before his appearance, the actor arrived in Nantucket, Massachusetts, where the incident allegedly occurred in 2016, aboard a private jet at 9:47 a.m.
“He remained inside for about an hour before hoping into a gray SUV” to make his way to court, a source told RadarOnline.com.
During the hearing, Judge Thomas Barrett ordered Spacey to stay away from and have no contact with the teenager.
Since Spacey’s scandal, the island of about 11,000 people off the coast of Massachusetts has been rampant with rumors of other victims who are too frightened to come forward and face the public scrutiny.

“I heard there were a couple of other victims over the past couple of years,” said a waitress at one island restaurant. “Some of the victims don’t even live on the island but work here during the summer.”
Another area woman, who declined to give her name, alleged she knows a man who had a negative encounter with Spacey.
“I don’t think it went to the level of being a crime but my friend was really bothered by it because Spacey was a bit aggressive,” she told RadarOnline.com.
Spacey had earlier gone into hiding after a number of men came forward to accuse him of sexual assault in 2017.
