County star Eric Church's brother Brandon died from "consequences of chronic alcoholism," RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

In the autopsy report obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, Brandon — who died on June 29, 2018 at just 36 — had a "clinical history of alcohol withdrawal-induced seizure disorder, chronic alcohol use and substance abuse."

According to his primary care provider, Brandon's history "includes binge drinking followed shortly thereafter by episodes of seizure activity upon the withdrawal of alcohol use."

The medical examiner also noted Brandon suffered from coronary artery disease, myocardial hypertrophy and steatosis, or fatty liver disease.

Aside from various medications often used to treat depression and bipolar disorder, the autopsy found that there were no illegal substances in his system at the time of death.

Brandon suffered a seizure just hours before his death, and died in a local North Carolina hospital.

Country superstar Eric, 41, and Brandon co-wrote songs together, including "Sinners Like Me" and "Without You Here" from 2009 album Carolina.

Eric paid tribute to his brother in an Ohio concert just days after the tragedy.

"It's been a tough week," the singer reportedly said. "But I need this. I need my people."
