Reformed junk food addict Britney Spears is binging on burgers and other high calorie snacks again, and it’s causing concern among friends RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.

“You can’t blame her for indulging a little, given the stress of her dad’s illness plus the hard work she puts in at the gym,” an insider told RadarOnline.com about the "Toxic" singer, who was spotted at Cali fast-food favorite In N Out with her boyfriend Sam Asghari.

“But the trouble with Brit is that she finds moderation virtually impossible, so Sam and others have had to almost hold her back and lock away the cookie jar at home.”

Spears announced that due to her father Jamie Spears’ illness she was canceling her 2019 tour and had plenty of free time on her hands.

“This is when she’s at her most vulnerable,” the source admitted.

And while her boyfriend is her constant companion, “there’s only so much Sam can hold her back if she’s intent on self-destructing like this,” the insider spilled.
