Clean Break! '90 Day Fiancé's Colt Wants No Spousal Support From Larissa In Divorce
Jan. 14 2019, Published 1:41 p.m. ET
Colt Johnson provided Larissa Dos Santos Lima money, clothes and more when she moved from Brazil to America to be with him – but the 90 Day Fiancé husband wants nothing from his estranged wife. RadarOnline.com can reveal exclusive details on his shocking divorce filing.
Colt filed for divorce from Larissa on January 11, 2019 after she was arrested for yet another domestic battery charge.
In the divorce documents obtained from Clark County District Court in Nevada, Colt claimed there is no community property or debt to divide.
As for alimony, he is requesting no spousal support from Larissa, who he married on June 24, 2018. Colt has been open about his money woes on the show, as his mom Debra, who served as a witness, even paid $299 for the divorce filing.
The Blast was the first to report on the divorce.
As RadarOnline.com reported, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to a call around 9:20am on January 10, 2019. Colt told police Larissa attacked him.
"He had a swollen lip and his gums were bloodied," Public Information Officer Jay Rivera told RadarOnline.com.
When police reached Larissa, she told them Colt was physical against her.
"After cleaning her off, officers determined that the cuts were not consistent with the kind of bleeding she was claiming," Rivera said. "She also has scratches on her abdomen, but those injuries were also not consistent with the length of Colt's fingernails."
Larissa was later arrested for domestic battery. Police ultimately determined she was the aggressor in the incident, despite the bloodied photos she posted on Instagram.
"It's a he said, she said situation right now," Rivera said. "Given her two prior arrests, we determined that she was the aggressor in this case. She will be held in jail for what we call a '12-hour cooling-off period.'"
She was held on $3,000 bond. Her bond has been posted and she is to return to court on February 12, 2019.

A GoFundMe Page has been created to help Larissa pay for her bail and attorney.
"Larissa stated that Colt scratched her face, and she scratched him back when she was trying to get away," the page read. "She says that he also hidden her phone, so she could not call the cops and he called first. She denies the allegations of self harm, she says Colt ate his own nails after the episodes to avoid jail time."
She claimed that despite reaching her goal, the page was reported and has been taken down. She is now asking for donations via Venmo and Zelle.
As for Colt, he opened up about the situation over Instagram.
"I don't understand my soon to be ex wife," the post began. "She comes to America with literally nothing. The suitcases she used for travel I provided for her. On her arrival I already had clothes waiting for her to wear and everything she needed to start a basic life in America. Over the course of months I continued to provide for her, gave her shelter, food, and supported her wants and dreams. When she wanted a dress or makeup I bought it for her... When she needed a doctor, lawyer, therapist I would always do what I could for her."
He ended the rant with, "My sole mission since her arrival was to see that she was happy, taken care for and nurtured. When she wanted to start her business I gave her a thousand dollars just to start. Every time she was in trouble, I was there."
In November 2018, Larissa was arrested for domestic battery against Johnson and was held on $1,000 bail.
Johnson wrote on his Instagram page, "Larissa was arrested this afternoon. She suffers from high anxiety and severe depression. She over reacted to problems that do not exist."
She was also arrested for domestic violence in June 2018. Both cases were dismissed.
