On Sunday, Nafziger posted that she went on a 30-minute walk. When a fan commented that she "looks thinner" during an Instagram Q&A, she responded, "I have lost 10lbs already!"
When a fan asked how much weight she plans on losing, she responded, "My overall goal weight is around 175!"
Although her fiancé Tefou harshly criticized her for her weight on previous episodes of the series, she insisted she is shedding pounds for herself. "Not a change of heart, a change of lifestyle," she said. "I want to be more healthy. I want to be more comfortable in my skin."
She insisted that her and Tefou are "great" and "happy." She even revealed that they plan to welcome two children to join her daughter May from a previous relationship.
Last week, Nafziger bought a treadmill for her home and cooked a healthy dinner. "She thinks about losing weight every once in a while," a source previously told RadarOnline.com. "I'm happy to see her doing something for herself."
The healthy lifestyle comes after verbal abuse by fiancé Azan. While in Morocco, he brought her to a gym and worked out with her. "Whenever I talk to Nicole about being healthy she doesn't like this," he said on an episode, adding in another scene, "You promised me you were going to go to gym and eat healthy." When she told him it "isn't easy," he responded, "You're just lazy."
During the workout, she broke down crying. "You can't breathe? That's because you don't go to gym. That's because you don't work out," he said. "Think about now after like one year or something how you will look. I love you, but in the future a want a happy and healthy family. There is some stuff I want you to change up. Like to go to the gym and to not be lazy. If that doesn't happen I'm not sure I'm going to America!" He then said he is only "55 percent" attracted to her.
