Shannon Beador’s divorce battle with estranged husband David is now an all-out war.
Two days after the father of three filed a request asking for the court to prohibit Shannon from consuming alcohol around their three children, The Real Housewives of Orange County star blasted her ex's accusations in a nasty response to the court, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
In a shocking document obtained by RadarOnline.com, Shannon writes, “There is no legitimate reason for Respondent to file a custody-related Request for Order because all issues, including custody, are already set for trial on April 22, 2019.”
“I am informed and believe, based on his communication with me (and sometimes his refusal to communicate) that the respondent is deeply angry with me and was looking to hurt and embarrass me.”
As fans know, Shannon’s issues with drinking were addressed on the RHOC reunion, when her co-stars voiced their concern.
After a breakdown on the show, Shannon confessed that she was getting help for her issues. She did not say she was an alcoholic.

In her response, Shannon added, “The term to which respondent refers (and mis-characterizes) 'self-medicate' was used during frank conversations about the breakdown of our marriage.”
“The conversation was filmed for the television show of which I have been a cast member for five years. At no time did I use the term 'self-medicating' or say I was abusing alcohol.”
“In real life, I have been making a handful of poor choices over the last year-and-a-half, but I have taken responsibility for my mistakes and admitted to them with our children, their therapist and my therapist," she concluded, before shading her former husband.
“The same cannot be said about the Respondent’s accountability.”
As RadarOnline.com has extensively reported, the former couple has been battling over financial and custody issues for more than a year.
In October, Shannon slammed David in court as a "disgusting" "nickel and dimer" after he tried to cut down his spousal support.
They return to court in the spring.
