From Matt Lauer’s sexual harassment accusations to Megyn Kelly’s firing over defending blackface, the Today hosts have had their share of scandals over the years. Co-anchor Hoda Kotb is no exception, as she was recently slapped with a bizarre lawsuit accusing her of harassment, stalking and other odd claims, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

In court papers obtained from United State District Court of New York, Tracey Glover filed a lawsuit against Kotb, 54, on August 7, 2018.

“Hoda Kotb stalked, harassed and stole monies from me that was allotted to me by Human Reproductive Research Center,” the wild lawsuit alleges.

The plaintiff even dragged former President of the United States Barack Obama and former First Lady Michelle into it!

“Hoda worked in conjunction with Barack and Michelle Obama as an operative to pull of this scam,” the papers claim. “Every place I went to apply for work, Hoda was there with an offering (Do not hire.) Whistle blowers captured Hoda saying make sure she does not work anywhere.”

But the court clearly didn’t buy the outlandish lawsuit, as it was dismissed only days later on August, 13 2018.

The order of dismissal read, “The court must dismiss a complaint, or portion thereof, that is frivolous or malicious, fails to state a claim upon which relief may be granted, or seeks monetary relief from a defendant who is immune from such relief.”

“She wishes the public to hear her story that she has been part of a ‘highly secretive reproductive research government fraud cover up,'” the papers read. “Plaintiff’s allegations rise to the level of implausible, and there is no legal theory on which she can rely.”
