Gerard Butler is the latest celebrity to lose his home in the raging California wildfires.

RadarOnline.com previously reported how Robin Thicke and Camille Grammer's homes had also burned to the ground.

And unfortunately for Butler his property did not survive the wildfires that are still raging out of control.

The '300' actor posted an image of his destroyed house via Instagram.

He wrote: Returned to my house in Malibu after evacuating. Heartbreaking time across California. Inspired as ever by the courage, spirit and sacrifice of firefighters. Thank you @LosAngelesFireDepartment. If you can, support these brave men and women at SupportLAFD.org.

He looks shocked in the photo as he displays his charred home and burned out jeep.

Butler also posted a pair of videos for his 2.1 million followers from the scene with his girlfriend Morgan Brownwho is from the devastated beach enclave.

n one of them the 48-year-old Scottish actor says: "Welcome to my home in Malibu."

The Woolsey fire and Northern California's Camp Fire have so far killed 25 people with 35 posted missing.
