Cher's decades-long music career has been turned into a Broadway-bound production, titled “The Cher Show,” but RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively the legendary singer is furious over the production.
The 72-year-old took in the musical performance at the Neil Simon Theatre in New York City this week and sources reveal the songstress had a "complete meltdown."
The diva was said to have been so displeased that she "stormed out" before intermission!
"She had a fit and says she regrets being involved with the show," a snitch told RadarOnline.com exclusively.
The crew even had photographers there to take her picture with the cast after the show, but Cher was a no-show!
Cher's tantrum comes after she had previously admitted her dissatisfaction with the show. “Some parts of it are really fabulous. We’re going to work on the other parts. In many parts, it was much, much better than I thought it would be,” she told the Chicago Tribune. “And there were no parts where I wanted to gouge my eyes out.”
