"Shondaland" is going for a bundle!

TV mega producer Shonda Rimes is selling her home in the Hancock Park area of Los Angeles, California, for nearly $10 million dollars, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

The estate's sale listing price is a whopping $9.95 million.

Rhimes' house for sale was built in 1924.

It includes six bedrooms and nine baths and sits on more than 8,000 square feet.

Rhimes enjoyed the four parking spots, central air, a security system, gated entry, a pool, hot tub and spa!

The wealthy buyer will also enjoy the formal dining room, library, and music room flanked by French doors.

The estate also includes a down home area to barbeque.

Rhimes could likely part with the home because she also owns three other properties in L.A., RadarOnline.com has discovered. She bought one of the other houses for more than $8 million.
