Molly Hopkins and Luis Mendez's explosive fights aired on 90 Day Fiancé, but the brawls were worse than expected. Mendez accused his now-ex-wife of domestic violence in a bombshell police report exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com.
In the police report provided by Mendez, he accused Hopkins of simple battery on January 3, 2018. The Cherokee County Sheriff's Office confirmed the validity of the report to RadarOnline.com.

"Luis Emmanuel Mendez Rosa stated he was an immigrant here from the Dominican Republic and showed us his visa and proper paperwork," the reporting officer wrote in the report. "He stated he was married to Molly Marie Hopkins and two days prior she got aggressive with him."
Mendez showed authorities a video he took on his phone of the incident.
"You can see Molly cussing at him and wanting him out of the house," the cop claimed. "You can see Molly come at him and the screen goes black and you can hear Luis say don't hit me. It appears in the corner of the video you see a hand strike someone."
Mendez explained to authorities that he was scared to report the incident immediately. Police found no visible injuries on Luis. Because of his visa status, he wanted no law enforcement vehicles at his home. He was instead given information about the Cherokee Family Violence Center.
A clerk for the Cherokee County Sheriff's Office confirmed to RadarOnline.com that no arrests took place.
Mendez exclusively told RadarOnline.com, "The life I had with Molly was interesting. I suffered a lot with her."
Hopkins filed for divorce from Mendez on January 9, 2018, only days after the incident. The divorce was finalized on May 4, 2018.
Hopkins and Mendez fought throughout the most recent season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?.
When her daughter Olivia left their house because she did not get along with Mendez, Molly kicked her husband out. But instead of leaving, Mendez locked himself in the bedroom and threatened to call police.
She screamed, "I want him out of my house!"
Mendez has moved on, as he is now married to another woman.
