Tamra Rips Gretchen & Slade Testifying In Jim's Lawsuit: Their Word Is 'Irrelevant!'

Tamra Judge is firing back against allegations that she acted maliciously when she called Jim Bellino a “drug dealer” during a podcast — and now she is also fighting to keep former cast mates Gretchen Rossi and Slade Smiley from testifying in court.

Jim Bellino had asked a judge to allow Rossi and her fiancé, Slade Smiley to testify on his behalf in his defamation lawsuit against Judge and fellow Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador.

In court documents filed September 26, Bellino said Rossi and Smiley would be able to provide testimony about Judge’s history of fabricating stories. But in docs filed on the same day, Judge and her attorneys fired back and said Rossi and Smiley's testimonies would be irrelevant to the case.

“Alleged, unspecified testimony from two third party witnesses of alleged anger, hostility or ill-will is irrelevant to a determination of whether Plaintiffs are also likely to prevail on the malice requirement of their claims,” wrote Judge’s attorneys in the Sept. 26 affidavit. "In short, Plaintiff’s request to list the statutory discovery stay to conduct broad, based on specified discovery on topics irrelevant to even the issue of malice is utterly without merit."

As RadarOnline.com readers know, the drama all started back in June when Bellino sued Judge and Shannon Beador after they went on Heather McDonald’s podcast show where Judge said Bellino was “going to jail” and for being a “shady mothaf**ker." Both women also made disparaging remarks about Bellino’s trampoline park business and his divorce with former RHOC cast member Alexis.

Judge filed a response to Bellino's $1million lawsuit on September 10, 2018, saying that her comments stating he has a “shady past” are “fact” and that calling him a “shady motherf**ker” is “true.”

She also charged she has a right to her opinions about the Bellino because he is a public figure since appearing on the popular Bravo show.

“Judge’s Statements Regarding Spousal Support and Plaintiff Being 'Shady' Cannot Support A Defamation Cause of Action Because It Is True,” Judge's court documents filed in Orange County Calif. and obtained by RadarOnline.com alleged.

The court has yet to determine whether Smiley and Rossi have to provide testimony in the case, but Smiley told RadarOnline.com he and Rossi do not want to get involved in the messy court battle.

Smiley, however, added Judge has hurt many people over the years, which could unfold publicly in court.

"Tamra has f**ked over so many people and she is not going to get away with it this time,” Smiley told RadarOnline.com exclusively. "Jim has a case because it is his company that is suing her as well as him. It is my understanding that he had to sell a trampoline park and when this happened he had another transaction going down and it is a multi-million dollar deal.

“(Judge) ruins everyone’s life and if you know her like we know her, her tell is that If I am pointing fingers at you it is because she is the one at fault. Tamra called Jim a drug dealer and a fake Christian. He had to post his degree and she is the one who faked her Baptism. When you look at her behavior, on or off-camera, she is not living up to be Christian.”
