Jim Bellino Slams Tamra Judge For Calling Him A Cocaine Dealer & Faux Christian

Jim Bellino said Real Housewives of Orange County stars Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador have been publicly smearing his good name for years claiming Judge even called him a "cocaine dealer" and "faux Christian," and now the former reality T.V. star is asking the court to allow him to depose Slade Smiley and Gretchen Rossi, according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com Wednesday.

Bellino claims Slade and Gretchen “have indicated that they have testimony to provide that Beador and Judge have a pattern and practice of fabricating stories about various individuals” that appeared on RHOC.

He also alleged that their testimony will prove that Judge and Beador “harbor ill-will, anger or hostility” toward him.

Bellino sued Judge and Beador after they appeared on Heather McDonald's June 26 podcast, where Judge called Jim a “shady motherf**ker” who is “going to jail." Beador and Shannon went on to allege people were paralyzed at one of the Bellinos’ trampoline parks.

Judge and Beador fired back and said they had a right to provide their opinions about the former couple because they are public figures.

Now, in Bellino's latest filing he claims Judge accused him of being a cocaine dealer and “faux Christian."

“Indeed, the anger and hostility displayed by Defendants toward Plaintiff Bellino has long history, dating back years. As early as 2011, Defendant Judge (at that time using the surname ‘Barney’) was targeting Plaintiff Bellino and fabricating malicious lies that Plaintiff was a ‘faux Christian’ and was a cocaine dealer," Bellino claimed in court records obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com.

Meanwhile, Smiley told RadarOnline.com exclusively that he and Rossi want nothing to do with the suit between the former cast mates.

“We were contacted by the lawyer and told him the last thing that we want is to be caught up in another lawsuit with anyone,” Smiley said. “I did not reach out to them at all. That is why we are being subpoenaed."

In the meantime, attorneys representing both sides appeared at an Orange County court on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2018 to discuss various motions. The court ordered both sides to return to court on Oct. 18, 2018 to discuss Bellino’s motion to “lift the stay of discovery,” while Judge and Beador’s own request for a motion to strike Bellino’s complaint was pushed back to Dec.6, 2018.
