Joe Giudice begged an immigration judge to keep him in the country with his Real Housewives of New Jersey star wife Teresa and four children during a Pennsylvania court hearing this morning as part of his deportation case, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

Clad in a grey jumpsuit with black rim glasses, the 46-year-old prisoner appeared somber yet slim as he attended his hearing via teleconference from his Allenwood, Pennsylvania federal prison, where he is serving more than three years on fraud charges.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported in June, Italian citizen Giudice is in active removal proceedings due to his crimes. He is fighting the deportation through immigration court.

"The question is whether a termination is appropriate," Immigration Judge Ellington told the court, before addressing Giudice's attorney Jerard Gonzalez. "You think Mr. Giudice should not be deported because he did not commit crimes that warrant deportation. And you think that even if he is deportable, he should be allowed to cancel deportation proceedings, correct?"

"Yes your honor," Gonzalez replied via telephone.

Judge Ellington said he would decide if Giudice qualifies for cancellation of removal by October 1.

"If I find he is eligible for cancellation of removal or that he should not be deported, the government prosecutors have a right to appeal," Judge Ellington concluded. "Mr. Giudice, we met a few months ago, I know your case very well. Is there anything you would like to say?"

Giudice threw his hands up, shook his head and sighed.

"I've been here my whole life, I wouldn't know what to do in any other country," he told the court. "I want to stay here."

Giudice's famous wife Teresa, 46 was absent from the court hearing. A source previously told RadarOnline.com she could not "take the stress" of the legal battle.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, homeland security has been fighting the felon's request to stop the deportation proceedings, claiming he has not presented enough evidence he should stay in the country.

Another hearing is scheduled in the case for October 10.
