Montana Fishburne can breathe a sigh of relief: A warrant for her arrest has been dismissed, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.

According to Florida court documents exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, on September 14, a judge tossed the warrant to arrest actor Laurence Fishburne's porn star daughter, 26, after she allegedly violated probation in her DUI case.

READ THE SHOCKING COURT ORDER

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the warrant was issued on September 4 after she allegedly failed to show up to a scheduled urine and breath test, and traveled out of state without permission.

According to The Blast, she begged the judge not to arrest her, claiming she already told the court she would be going to New York to visit her mother, and had passed all her required drug tests.

She was originally arrested in March 2017 after cops claimed she crashed into another car on a Florida highway, then urinated on the side of the road and made "incoherent statements."

She blew a .177 and .181, more than twice the legal limit.
