Laurence Fishburne's daughter was taken into police custody early Saturday morning after she reportedly crashed into a car on a Florida interstate, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Montana Fishburne, 25, allegedly rear-ended a Range Rover in Fort Lauderdale with her white Toyota Corolla around 1 a.m., according to a police report acquired by the Miami Herald.

"I noticed an open bottle of wine on the. . .floor, and the two front seats were splashed with a purple liquid with a strong odor of alcohol," a Florida Highway Patrol trooper wrote in the report. "Subject was moving around constantly and was making incoherent statements such as her driver's license being different if I was to arrest her."

According to the report, Fishburne also urinated on the side of the road. The Herald reports she blew a .177 and .181 on the breathalyzer, more than double the legal limit.

Of course, as RadarOnline.com readers know, this isn't the starlet's first run-in with trouble. Montana has performed in two porn movies, one with Vivid Entertainment and a second one with porn star/rap wanna-be Jeremy Pumper, since she was just 18.

"I've watched how successful Kim Kardashian became and I think a lot of it was due to the release of her sex tape," she said in a press release from Vivid. "I'm hoping the same magic will work for me. I'm impatient about getting well-known and having more opportunities and this seemed like a great way to get started on it."

Unfortunately, Montana's sexy film caused a major feud with her Matrix star father, who was "very hurt" by her behavior, sources said at the time.
