Laurence Fishburne's troubled daughter is a wanted woman after she allegedly violated conditions of her probation for a 2017 DUI arrest in Florida, according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.
An arrest warrant was issued for Montana Fishburne on Sept. 4, 2018. She was placed on 12 months probation after she was arrested for DUI on March 11, 2017 in Fort Lauderdale after she rear-ended a Range Rover as she was traveling on the I-95 near the Oakland Park Boulevard exit.
Under her probation agreement, the 27-year old must ask a Florida judge if she plans to travel out of the state and also notify her probation officer. According to the warrant, however, Fishburne allegedly traveled to New York on Aug. 23, 3018 without the court's permission.
According to documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Fishburne failed to submit to her scheduled breath and urine test.
"Random breath and urinalysis tests at the expense of the defendant and on 8-23-18 she was instructed to submit to urinalysis test and as of 8-30-18 she failed to do so, as specified by special condition," according to the warrant issued by Judge Kenneth A. Gottlieb.
A police dash cam captured Fishburne squatting and urinating on the shoulder of the interstate as emergency personnel were clearing the accident. According to police reports, Fishburne blew a .177 and .181 on the breathalyzer when she was tested at the police station after her arrest.
The Blast was first to break the news.
