Convicted sex fiend Bill Cosby may have just six months to live!

The 81-year-old prisoner is suffering from renal failure — and frantically seeking a new kidney to buy some time, insiders told RadarOnline.com.

"He's been having us reach out to organ donation organizations — but when they hear who it's for, they tell us to get lost," said one source inside Cosby's inner circle.

Even Cosby's own family has turned their back on the disgraced comedian and his desperate search for a compatible organ donor.

"His wife, his children, his grandchildren, his cousins — just about everyone in his family has told him he's on his own," said the source.

Cosby, who was found guilty of three counts of aggravated indecent assault on former Temple University women's basketball director of operations, Andrea Constand, now 44, was sentenced on Sept. 25 to three to 10 years in prison.

Now, given the twisted comic's failing health, he may not live long enough for the appeals process to run its course.

"He may not last the year," the source revealed.

With the clock ticking down, the disgraced star's staff had taken to the dark web, scouring black markets to locate a donor organ. But the dying actor has thrown a monkey wrench into their efforts.

According to an insider, the stingy pervert wasn't willing to pony up the $300,000 needed for a kidney.

"When we found out you could buy a kidney on the black market, we located a few from various different countries," the source said.

"But when we told Mr. Cosby the price — starting at $300,000 — he said, 'I'm a comedian, but that's the best joke I've heard in ages!'"

If Cosby fails to get a new kidney, he faces a certain — and excruciating — death.
