Medics Arrive For Bill Cosby Sentencing — In Case Shamed Star Suffers Heart Attack!

Several medics have arrived in court ahead of Bill Cosby's official sentencing this afternoon — in case the feeble 81-year-old suffers a medical crisis upon hearing the news, can exclusively report.

One of the medical assistants told they are on hand should the shamed star have a "heart attack" when Judge Steven O'Neill delivers his fate for drugging and sexually assaulting Temple University employee Andrea Constand in 2004.

Cosby's defense has stressed just how old and feeble the star is in recent years — his doctor even claimed he's too weak for sexual activity. can report that earlier today, O'Neill ruled Cosby is a "sexually violent predator," and must register with the Pennsylvania State Police for the rest of his lifetime.

O'Neill will rule on sentencing at 1:30 pm local time this afternoon. Cosby faces up to 30 years in prison, though prosecutor Kevin Steele asked he receive between five to 10.
