Though 60 women accused him of sexual assault, Bill Cosby's doctor claims the disgraced comedian can't possibly attack more victims — because he hasn't had sex in 15 years, can exclusively report.

On the second day of sentencing in Cosby's sexual assault case, the star's psychologist Dr. Timothy Foley took the stand to describe just how feeble he's become.

"He's 81 years old, he's been convicted of a sex offense, and after 70 it becomes virtually impossible to reoffend," Foley told the court. "He's had no sexual conduct in approximately 15 years."

Cosby's lawyers fought the state board's decision to label him a "sexually violent predator."

However, Judge Steven O'Neill officially ruled the star is a "sexually violent predator" regardless.

"A sexually violent predator is a person that has been convicted of a sexually violent offense, which this defendant was," O'Neill addressed the court. "So, based upon the statutory definitions, the testimonies, and consideration of the arguments of counsel I find the Commonwealth has made a clear and convincing case – therefore this defendant is a sexually violent predator.”

Cosby will have to register with the Pennsylvania State Police for the rest of his lifetime.

Judge O'Neill will also rule on sentencing any minute.

Cosby faces 30 years in prison, though prosecutor Kevin Steele fought for up to 10 years in court yesterday.

Model Janice Dickinson and other accusers have attended the hearing today and yesterday, though Cosby's longtime wife Camille has not shown up to court.
