Bill Cosby will be immediately thrown in county jail after being sentenced to 3-10 years in prison, RadarOnline.com can report.
Judge Steve O’Neill revoked his bail after delivering the shamed star’s fate Wednesday afternoon in Pennsylvania court.
“When a sentence in prison includes more than two years, the defendant shall not have the same right as bail before the verdict,” O’Neill said. “The bail should be at the discretion of the judge.”
“This is a serious crime. This is a sexual assault crime. The nature of this crime indicates that he could quite possibly be a danger in the community.”
As shocked witnesses looked on, Cosby, 81, was removed from the room in handcuffs.
According to an onlooker, accuser Janice Dickinson began laughing very loudly upon learning her alleged abuser would be thrown behind bars.
As Radar previously reported, O’Neill sentenced Cosby to no less than three years in prison, and not less than ten years for drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004.
The disgraced comic was ruled a “sexually violent predator” earlier today after his defense fought the label for months.
He will be placed at the Montgomery County Correctional Facility before being transferred to SCI Phoenix for his classification.
