RadarOnline.com exclusively shot photographs of Cosby returning to his home in Pennsylvania at approximately 4:35pm, just moments after prosecutor Kevin Steele asked judge Steven T. O'Neill to throw the book at the disgraced comic, and sentence him to five to 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine for drugging and sexually assaulting Constand.
Steele also slammed the defense for begging the judge not to sentence the 81-year-old to any prison time due to his old age and blindness.
Cosby can be seen being escorted by his two publicists Andrew Wyatt and Ebonee Benson along with one bodyguard.
The images were taken outside the Cos' Cheltenham home where he was ordered to return to — still on house arrest.
Constand took the stand on Monday, September 24, and demanded “justice."
As readers know, The former Temple University employee, now 45, was drugged and assaulted by Cosby at his Pennsylvania home in 2004.
Cosby, however, kept averting her gaze.
During the heated day in court, prosecutor Steele said Cosby has shown “no remorse” for his disgraceful behavior.
“They’re asking for a get-out-of-jail free card!” Steele huffed. “Committing a drugging and sexual assault comes with a heavy price, and that price is your liberty.”
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Cosby has a notoriously nasty relationship with Steele, and even called him an “a**hole” in court after he was convicted in April.
