‘My 600-LB Life’ Star James 'L.B.' Bonner Found Dead In Ditch With ‘Gunshot Wound’

My 600-LB Life star James “L.B.” Bonner died from a gunshot wound RadarOnline.com exclusively confirmed.

“In reference to a welfare check I arrived at the park and attempted to locate James Bonner,” the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department Incident/Investigation Report filed on August 2, 2018 stated.

I located James in the ditch with a gunshot wound,” Officer Brandt wrote in the report obtained by RadarOnline.com.

“I called for EMS to respond to the park,” the report stated. “I then accessed the extent of James’ injuries and found that I was unable to render aid.”

RadarOnline.com was the first to report Bonner’s death.

Paramedics arrived at the scene where the 30-year-old reality star was found in South Carolina.

“EMS then advised that James had died,” the report stated.

“I then secured the crime scene with crime scene tape and started a crime scene log,” the officer wrote in the incident report obtained by RadarOnline.com.

“Major Crimes, CSI, and the Coroner’s Office arrived at this time and took over the scene,” the report concluded.

“As we await information from the coroner’s report on Mr. Bonner’s death, we are not seeking any persons of interest or suspects as part of our continuing work on the case,” Capt. Adam Myrick, the Public Information Officer for the Lexington County Sheriff’s Department, told RadarOnline.com.

Bonner has been one of the most successful participants of the show. After losing his leg in a car accident in 2013, he turned to food and alcohol, reaching 650 pounds.

He dieted, exercised and underwent lap band surgery. He also maintained his sobriety. Bonner was in the 200-pound range before his passing.
